It is hard when you are older, and the younger generations already know what they want to do with their life, but you didn’t back then. I should know, since I am now going through that phase in my life right now.

I am nearing my second Saturn return, which means that I am re-evaluating my life and the choices that I have made. I have done so much in my life, but it seems to have been full of zig zags and less of determined focus and more of what happens if I do this? than for a straight-forward plan. It’s as though I have accomplished so much in my life but in a haphazard manner. I have also lost so much due to my naivete and self-centeredness.

So, here I am, older and not quite wise enough to have the “right” kind of education to get me forward in any particular career. Oh, I have a lot of education, just not the kind of education that guarantees a long-lasting career.

But I keep on trying, learning, and wanting to understand the whys of the past, present, and possible future. I have just finished certification for Electional Astrology. I am almost done learning Horary Astrology and about to learn Astronomy for Astrologers. I am not proficient at technology or social media, but I can get by.

And as I keep learning, then I, too, shall get by.
